Egyptian lawyer and legal consultant registered before the Egyptian Court of Cassation, and an associate member of the Saudi Bar Association (Membership No. 144287). With extensive experience since 2020 providing strategic legal support to leading law firms and companies across Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Qassim, Abha, Al-Ahsa). Specialized in drafting litigation briefs and pleadings, company formation and structuring under the new Saudi Companies Law, drafting commercial and employment contracts, criminal cases, and Board of Grievances matters.
